Angela Gabrielle Fabunan was born in the Philippines and grew up in New York City. Her first book, The Sea That Beckoned, was published by Platypus Press in 2019. Her second book of poetry, Young Enough to Play, will be published by UP Press in 2021. Her work has appeared in literary magazines in UK, US, and Asia. She lives back and forth Manila, New York, and Olongapo City. One day, she might end her search for a home once she finds somewhere to settle. Her website is agfabunan.journoportfolio.com
